The Collegiate Edge is a complete resource for Los Angeles area students, providing the specific tools and support a student needs to succeed in school and prepare for college. We provide tutoring for class work or academic enrichment, test preparation, writing skills, study skills and organization, college essay writing, and college advising. We work with students of all ages, with particular focus on the high school years.

All work with students is one-on-one with an experienced, nurturing professional tutor, teacher or coach. Sessions can be held at your home, or in a private, quiet space at our offices in Studio City.

All services are offered on an hourly basis, so that each student can have a program that is uniquely tailored to fit his needs. An individual curriculum or program is designed for each student.

We find that all our students have incredible, unique gifts and talents, and we strive to help them recognize their personal strengths. We guide them in developing tools and strategies based on those strengths to help them achieve their academic goals. This builds confidence in a meaningful way, which we hope they take with them into all that they do.
